Two separate incidents of horrible abdominal cramping after this drink: iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato. Takes 24 hours for cramps and diarrhea to go away. First time it happened I didn't know what caused it. I figured it out today and boy am I paying for it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
