I ordered the chicken wrap for lunch hours later I was vomiting non stop for 5 hours, chills, headache and diarrhea. Next day my stomach is super inflamed now I have the discomfort of an inflamed stomach super drained from throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
