This happened March 25 2021. Kale Mushroom Bites.
I was taken by Ambulance to hospital I spent a week in the hospital until 3/31/21. Dr who released me said it was food poisoning which caused colitis. I been back and forth with them since then | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
