“I got the mango dragon fruit refresher. The dragon fruit wasnt staying together in cubes like it normally does and its the only thing I had in common with my two other friends who got food poisoning. I had my drink around 1130am started feeling nauseous around my next meal at 630 pm starting throwin... g up at 10pm and threw up 6 times total ending the next morning at 845am. It couldve been the food at the place I ate at for dinner but this doesnt explain the food poisoning of my friends. We believe the most likely culprit is the starbucks drink. ”

“Both locations have been catastrophically bad all of 2020 drinks are never made right or the milk isn't steamed right so it makes me sick. Extreme stomach pain, vomiting, nausea that lasts for hours sometimes days. What happened to corporate level of consistency? I always get a Venti Hot Blonde Vani... lla Latte/Breve. Sometime the vanilla is missing, sometimes they use regular Espresso when I pay extra for Blonde, they often use whole milk and don't even steam it to room temperature. I've had 4 lattes made right all year from both locations. Its pathetic and sad. I'm tired of getting sick because your baristas can't handle food safely or properly in any way. Bring in a district manager to retrain the entire staff. ”

“I ordered delivery through postmates the you pick 2 Broccoli cheddar soup and the spicy Thai salad with chicken and some tea. “I ordered 4 chicken shawarma platters and two Falafel sandwiches for me and my family two days ago. After we ate the food we all got stomach pain and nausea. (NYSE: FLO) has amended its December 3, 2020 voluntary re... call press release on two Canyon Bakehouse products to reflect additional geographic distribution for the Canyon Bakehouse Everything Bagels. The expanded distribution for the Canyon Bakehouse Everything Bagels includes retail customers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island.
On December 3, 2020, the company recalled certain Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Bread and Canyon Bakehouse Everything Bagels due to the potential presence of gluten. The initial recall involved products distributed to retail customers in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. The recall was initiated after finished product testing revealed the possible presence of gluten.
This amendment covers products that had not been initially identified as part of that recall. Consumption of this product by people with a wheat allergy, celiac disease, or gluten or wheat sensitivity may cause adverse health effects or serious allergic reactions.
No related illnesses or incidents have been verified to date. Following is information about the Canyon Bakehouse Everything Bagels involved in the recall. People should not consume this product if both the UPC and Lot Number are noted on the package. Consumers should look for the last five digits of the Lot Number (20316), which is printed on the plastic closure that seals the bag.

“I had Honey Walnut Shrimp, Honey Sweet Sesame Chicken and Chowmein. Within one hour I started to have a stomach ache so I went and laid down and within about ten more minutes I filled about half of a small trashcans up and had simotanious diaherrea . I thought I was done than I vomited some more and... sat on the toilet a little longer after quite a bit had come out . I took some Imodium because my mouth became very dry and I completed cancer treatment a little over 6 months ago but took some nausea meds brushed my teeth and rinsed my mouth and started drinking water now I’m just trying to get my strength back. I have been unable to reach my mom as of yet it’s still early and she told me she was going to sleep in before all this happened. She has the receipt I’m not sure of the exact time but I went through the drive threw. I had a plate and she had a bowl with the shrimp and rice. ”

“Oven baked chicken bowl takeout meal I picked up my meal at 530pm and consumed it at 6. I started feeling nauseous at 930pm, and was vomiting by 10pm. “The CDC and state and local partners investigated a multistate outbreak of E. coli infections linked to leafy greens. As of December 22, 2020, this outbreak is over. 40 people infected with the outbreak strain of E. coli O157:H7 were reported from 19 states. 20 people were hospitalized, and 4 develo... ped hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), a type of kidney failure. No deaths were reported.
Epidemiologic and traceback evidence showed that leafy greens were the likely source of this outbreak. Investigators were unable to identify a specific type or brand of leafy greens because people in this outbreak reported eating a variety of leafy greens and because different leafy greens are often grown, harvested, and processed together.
People usually get sick from Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) 2 to 8 days (average of 3 to 4 days) after swallowing the germ. Symptoms often include severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (often bloody), and vomiting. Some people may have a fever, which usually is not very high (less than 101˚F/38.5˚C).
