I ate lunch at starbucks and about half an hour later if began to feel ill. the problem worsened and within an hour I felt gas, cramps and immediate need to use the bathroom. diahrea developed and I was ill until the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
