Food Poisoning Symptoms Persist

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Not sure
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Symptoms still ongoing, Maybe Streats but I'm not 100% sure. Sickness started 12 hrs after consuming.
