Additional information: Symptoms still ongoing, Maybe Streats but I'm not 100% sure. Sickness started 12 hrs after consuming.

Ordered a cold cut combo on a 6" GF bun at the Subway in the cafeteria. Normally add lettuce to a Subway sandwich but didn't this time because it looked gross, so maybe the other vegetables I added were not as fresh as they looked.
