Ordered a cold cut combo on a 6" GF bun at the Subway in the cafeteria. Normally add lettuce to a Subway sandwich but didn't this time because it looked gross, so maybe the other vegetables I added were not as fresh as they looked. Symptoms started about 6 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
