After 3 hrs of eating a chicken Flatbread I starting having severe stomach pain. It kept getting worse until 6 hrs passes of laying in a ball with chills I was having severe diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
