Food Safety Reports: Subway, Church Lane, London, UK

Last night I think it may have been after I ate a subway sandwich, as thats the only thing I ate before i was sick, but can't be 100% certain. The sandwich looked quite hurried and messedly put together, but otherwise tasted fine.  | Symptoms: Other, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever
