subway meatball marinara, my wife and i shared a footlong meatball marinara. it was the only thingbwe had eaten yesterday. 3-4hrs later we were both projectile vomitting and having diahrea at the same time. whilst feeling dizzy and weak shaking at stages. this lasted 6pm-8am  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dizziness, Shaking, Other, Weakness
