Consumed a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. 3 hours later, I have excruciating cramping, abdominal pain, chills, violent diarrhea & violent vomiting. I’m also burping up the sandwich constantly. Fever got up to 100.1  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Burping
