Subway Lunch Triggers Illness

Picked daughter up for school for lunch, this was the only thing she ate that day. By midnight stomach cramps, by 6 am non stop vomiting followed by diarrhea and being dizzy. Spoke with on call nurse twice 24 hours later she is sitting semi up stopped throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Cramps
