Nacho Meal Causes Illness

Had a Nacho Bell Grande and a few tacos. Woke up about 4 or 5 hours later in cold sweats, stomach pains, body aches, and vomiting. Vomiting all night, still have fever and stomach pains. Afraid to eat anything.
