Stale Tacos, Severe Symptoms

I was eating tacos from there yesterday and the taco shells were kind of stale tasting and one of my tacos with kind of slimy and I immediately stopped eating the tacos but I still had really bad throwing up and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
