I ate at Taco Bell around 3:30pm and around 9 I was having stomach issues. By 10pm I couldn't leave the toilet. Vomiting, nausea, dehydration from vomiting. Was 4 hours of constant diarreha and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
