Nacho Fries Digestive Cramps

I’ve been over nacho fries and Baja blasts lately and I had it about an hour after I woke up. It’s like I can feel it going though my digestion tract from the cramps. Started in my upper chest and now I can feel it creeping down my stomach. It’s really uncomfortable and a bit scary.  | Symptoms: Cramps
