I got food poisoning from a Taco Bell chicken quesadilla. I had fever chills vomiting 6 hours after eating it, and puked it all up, and then 15 mins later puked up a lot more quesadilla, and an hour later puked up a large amount of quesadilla.
Me entire body was sore and everything else I ate the next day (not much) went down fine but still had nausea. The Taco Bell was the only thing I had eaten other than breakfast which was a healthy protein bar that I always eat.

So I got the taco and burrito craving box along with two doritos nachos for myself and two children. My daughter is 22 my son is 6 and I am 39. We all got extremely sick about 2 hours after consuming the items from this taco bell.
Symptoms started approximately 2 hours after consumption. Symptoms were extreme stomach cramps, feeling nauseated and diarrhea non all night into today. As well as hot flashes followed by chills feeling as if you had to go but couldn't then all of the sudden you would have to dedicate. I literally haven't slept and was not able to all night because I would go to lay down and it would feel like I was being stabbed in the stomach and would get really light headed followed by a heat flash and chills. My son and I had bowel movements that went from soft to now water. And I wouldn't have thought it was the food if my daughter didn't eat with us. My daughter doesn't live with us and I haven't physically been around her since Thanksgiving so the fact that she is dealing with this too leaves me no doubt it was the meal. Never again my sons bday party a skating party is today and I feel as if I have a horrible stomach illness.

I need to report and make a compliant about my all family me my partner and my 8 years old daughter have a food poisoning from KFC Pontypool. Yesterday evening 10th/04/2024 around 6pm we been in Pontypool KFC for a dinner and we bought an original receipt
chickens and wrap for us. After eaten we go to sleep . Few hours later 2-2:30 am my daughter woke up with crying and heavy stomach pain and running to the toilet , half an hour later She is vomiting and have a headache. Our feel ( me and my partner) is sick with stomach pain and smelly gases but we are adult and we ha e more tolerance than my 8 years old daughter. The all family eaten the chickens which was pink bloody undercooked. We know this comes from KFC Pontypool because we didn't eaten anything from earlier. We need to make a compliant because this is disgusting. My daughter can't sleep she is crying from the heavy stomach pain , vomiting and can't going to the school this morning about this . My partner compliant about stomach pain and nearly vomiting as well , I have a stomach pain without vomiting but my stomach make every 5 min very smelly gasses. . I was vomiting on my nineteenth birthday because of something I ate in Evita Resort, I was laying in my own diarrhoea and vomit and I was freezing cold because of my chills. The hotel had power outages everyday for hours which meant the food must have
gone off and multiple people got sick from it. It was horrible I was sick for two days.

I get Snyder's pretzels all the time, but this time I got them something has got to be off. After eating them I got severe oral allergy syndrome from it. I've never had that happen before with these. I had swelling in my mouth and throat and
I was close to going to the hospital or using an epi pen. It took almost three days to go down. I wasn't sure it was the pretzels at first. But a few days after I was doing better I had more pretzels and it happened again after I started eating them. I stopped again. I tried another brand and had no problems at all from the other brand.

One thing I'd suggest the manufacturer and FDA/Regulators double check is the possible amount of cellulose containing ingredients if there is improperly processed cellulose or if it is being sourced from high risk for allergy wood and other sources. Perhaps also a pesticide issue with the wheat or other items used or improper cleaning of certain grains, etc. Possible mold contaminants may be present as well which are some of the worst allergies I suffer from. Based on my own personal allergies, there are a few possible culprits where things could have gone wrong and caused contamination at some point of the supply chain. I'm happy to help narrow it down and provide whatever I can to assist.

Saturday 6th April I had a Sausage Roll it was cold but tasted fine. Throughout the night it was repeating on me. Woken up with griping pains I have been vomiting all day yesterday and today nausea and have a banging head also caused me to miss
