Slimy Lettuce Sickens Couple

Got 3 soft tacos, the lettuce tasted weird, but I was hungry. Boyfriend got Naked Chicken Chalupa & his lettuce was also off tasting. We are both very sick right now. The lettuce was like, slimy & sour tasting.
