Locos Tacos Stomach Trouble

On December 2nd around 5pm I had three locos tacos. At about 6:30pm I had a really bad stomach ache with cramping. By 7pm I was vomiting. It's now the next morning, there's no more vomiting but dull stomach cramping.

Ate a $5 steak quesarito big box, went to bed. And then next day was puking, having diahreah, fever, cold spells.
