Went on my lunch break on August 7,2019 @12. Ate a steak quesidilla, by time I got home @4pm I had diarrhea and sick feeling in my stomach. Rest of night and yesterday continued with diarrhea and vomiting and fatigue., 4hrs  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
