Taco Meal Causes Illness

About 30 minutes after eating a cantina soft taco I was violently throwing up. This lasted from about 3 pm until midnight. Between the vomiting and diarrhea I couldn't keep anything down. I was so dizzy and light headed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness
