This morning, their food from last night My little sister who is 15 got explosive diarrhea and vomiting the morning after a night of their food. We had to take her to urgent Care and they put her on IV fluids, because she was dehydrated from not being to be able to keep anything down, even water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
