Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, Pepperell Parkway, Opelika, AL, USA

Ate 2 Chalupas, 1 taco, and several Cinnabon bites with a sweet tea around 12:30pm. Felt very sick and tired as I arrived home from work at 5pm. Vomited around 5:30. Color was red and orange with an extremely bitter taste and more burning in my throat than I’ve ever had after vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
