Midnight Burrito Illness

I ate a $1frito burrito at midnight on Friday and had been up all that night with water coming out both ends. Had stomach pains for the last 2 days with the same issues happening still 2 days later and still not over it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
