On Wednesday September 4th I went into the 7-Eleven on Lee boulevard and purchased a hot dog from the roller machine and a Coke within 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours I started feeling nauseous dizzy and had a headache then I started throwing up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness
