Burrito Supreme Sickness

All I ate all day was 1 burrito supreme @40 minutes after eating, at my post op appt I because weak, so sick, It happened on Oct 7th

10/27 Update: It was 1:30 pm on October 7th. I did send an email to them but did not get a response.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
