$5 Taco Box Illness

I ordered a $5 deal box with a cheesy Gordita, crunchy taco and some type of burrito. I ate it around 3pm yesterday (12/29) and about 2am was hit with the effects of horrible stomach cramps and nonstop diarrhea.
