last night at 2am. still currently feeling symptoms. Definitely Taco Bell Ate it around 2 pm before work had no problems and then bam woke up at 2am and was on the toilet throwing up while having diarrhea until 5 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
