Ate crunch wrap supreme and bell grande nachos Saturday night. Stomach cramping and discomfort began immediately. Vomiting occurred about 6 hours after eating. Diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and stomach pain continued for the following day. After 48 hours, stomach cramping and discomfort is still present.
