Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, Mexico Road, St. Peters, MO, USA

Ate a Mexican pizza that tasted like chemicals. Couldn't finish it. Within an hour I was nauseous and then had bad diarrhea. Been going on for 8 hours now. Still tasting the chemical taste when I burp. It's disgusting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
