I ate a nachos bell grande, double Decker taco and a 7 layer burrito. I'm positive I got sick from there. I've been having diarrhea and throwing up all night from eating there. Severe stomach pain and I'm about to go to the hospital cause it hurts so bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
