After buying a 9$ burrito box at around 10:15 on April 12. I only ate the burrito and in less then one hr I started feeling sick with the urge to go to the bathroom along with chills and nausea. After an hr and a half I started having diarrhea chills and throwing up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
