After buying a 9$ burrito box at around 10:15 on April 12. I only ate the burrito and in less then one hr I started feeling sick with the urge to go to the bathroom along with chills and nausea. My 7 year old had a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch around 7:30PM. Around 1:30AM he woke up throwing up. He has been throwing up and a fever reaching as high as 102.7. Cannot eat anything and still throwing up periodically. Very lethargic.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
