My 7 year old had a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch around 7:30PM. Around 1:30AM he woke up throwing up. He has been throwing up and a fever reaching as high as 102.7. Cannot eat anything and still throwing up periodically. Very lethargic. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
