11/23/23 it started at a dull headache then it turned into nausea and stomach feeling weird, my face started feeling warm then started feeling extremely queasy. I then felt like I was going to throw up along with having diarrhea

Taco Meal Triggers Illness

I ate this after work around 2:30 fell asleep for a couple of hours and when I woke up I was sweating, throwing up and was using the bathroom every 30 minutes. This lasted all night and couldn't go to work today.
