Ate 2.5 hours ago. It was a beefy frito burrito and cheesy fiesta potatoes. Felt nauseous 2 hours ago and just finished vomiting for the first time. Might vomit again.

Chicken Meal, Gas & Nausea

Bought a chicken box meal. December 2, 2016, went home ate. Around 3 am had a rush of diarreah, and shivering. Stomach has been gurgling all day, felt bad all day on December 3,2016 , taste of the Cole slaw when belching, loads of very smelly gas. Headache and quivering.
