Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, South Roosevelt Drive, Seaside, OR, USA

May 9th, 2023 had 2 tacos from seaside Oregon taco bell. Within an hour was cramping then had bloody diarrhea. Hours later temporary partial blindness. Employee was impatient with my husband's ordering ( husband hard of hearing) so I almost wonder if it was intentional.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else
