Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, Commerce Drive, Olive Branch, MS, USA

Got very sick after eating and drinking from Taco Bell. Felt nauseated, upset stomach and vomiting. Stayed in the bathroom with diarrhea. I thought I was going to die. I went to the ER, I will never eat from Taco Bell again. Now I am stuck with almost $9K hospital bill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
