Craving my annual Taco Bell tostada and added a 3 layer nacho and within minutes stomach aching and making noises. Within an hour worse gas ever! Then puked 3 tines and stilllaying on the bathroom floor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
