I ate a box meal burrito and 2 tacos around 7pm. In middle of night woke up with stomach pains. Began throwing up the following morning and was not able to hold down liquids until following day (Sun). At worst had severe stomach pains, tingling in hands, fever, and exhaustion.

Taco Meal Causes Dizziness

Had eaten the taco supreme meal with a mountain dew. Few hours later whole body went limp, was light headed, could not even raise my head off kitchen table, really sharp stomachache pains, left arm and leg tingling, and dizziness with puking .
