April 26, 2026 Colitis from Taco Bell. I ate twice, once at 1:30 PM and again at around 6:30 PM. I became very ill around 12:00 AM and had to be admitted to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
