Food appeared to be not freshly cooked and was not hot. Within 8 hours of eating food specifically the double decker, started having sever stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea and later developed a fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
