Food appeared to be not freshly cooked and was not hot. Within 8 hours of eating food specifically the double decker, started having sever stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea and later developed a fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ate 2 pepper cheese taqitos on Wed and experience chills, fever, diarrhea fatigue 😩 belching, gas, stomach pain for last 3 days counting today which is Sat. Haven't really ate anything since then. Woke up to my husband vomiting everywhere at 5am. We now realize that this is the fifth time that he has eaten Marie Callendar's and vomits every single time.
