30 minutes after I ate it, it felt like someone stabbed my lower right stomach! I have had bad diarrhea and gas since. This is also the second time I’ve had this happen with a Chicken Biscuit sandwich from there, so I know it’s that. Same exact feeling both times. Me and my aunt got an orange creamiscle slushy from the QT in west des moines and about an hour later we had awful stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, just feeling horrible over all. The symptoms lasted about 2 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
