Ate on 24 August 2020 Ate lunch and was feeling off about 2 hours later. That was Monday, by Wednesday, had 102° fever and was too sick to get out of bed. Improved by Thursday, but still had 99° fever through Thursday night. Mild symptoms continued Friday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain

Ordered a patty melt with onion rings and apple pie for dessert. By the time I go t to the apple pie I could only eat half as I started feeling ill. I got stomach cramps, vomiting, chills, and diarrhea. Last time I ate was 8 hours ago so I know it wasn’t the food before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

On Monday, 01/23/17 at 1:30pm picked up a crispy chicken salad w ranch dressing. Right after I ate it I got heartburn. Shortly after nausea, diarrhea. Today is Tuesday, 1-24-17. Still sick. Can't eat n I'm throwing up nothing. Slight headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Heartburn
