I ate the beefy layer nachos and within 6 hours I was projectile vomiting, stomach cramps, and watery diarrhea. It's been two days of the same symptoms. I feel terrible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
