Suspected Taco Bell Illness

I ate out at a few different places the past week before I got the foodborne illness, I ate at here, el mezon, and chic fil a, but I suspect it was one of the first two, now I have diarrhea, chills, vomiting, headaches from dehydration, loss of appetite, and dizziness

Hair rolled up in my breakfast sandwhich! No one wears gloves pr a hairnet there, I found. Nasty!
