I ate out at a few different places the past week before I got the foodborne illness, I ate at here, el mezon, and chic fil a, but I suspect it was one of the first two, now I have diarrhea, chills, vomiting, headaches from dehydration, loss of appetite, and dizziness | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Loss of Appetite
