Within an hour of eating the chicken quesadilla I have horrible stomach cramps and it quickly turned into diarrhea and vomiting. I’m writing this the next morning and I’m still sick

I do not know if I’m sick or not when I say that I mean I don’t know if I have food poisoning or not I don’t have diarrhea but I am throwing up I got the Carnie Gasada plate It tasted like a sour mayonnaise
